TIERED INCENTIVE STRUCTURE
Referral Rewards
Base referral fee starts at R2,000 per successful property referral and increases by 10% for every additional 3 successful referred properties within the agent’s 12‑month referral period.

Important: The increased tier fee applies only to referrals that fall inside that tier (not retroactively).
Example (6 successful referrals): 1–3 paid at R2,000 + 4–6 paid at R2,200 = R12,600.
Example (9 successful referrals): 1–3 at R2,000 + 4–6 at R2,200 + 7–9 at R2,400 = R19,800.
Payment timing: each referral fee is paid once the property is live for 60 days.
Qualifying successful referral:
The owner was introduced by the referral partner before Haven had contact with the owner.
The owner signs a Haven management agreement.
The property is approved by Haven.
The property goes live on at least one booking platform.
The property remains active for at least 60 days.
Referral tiers are calculated over a 12‑month tracking period starting from the date of the agent’s first successful referral. Terms and conditions apply.
